I think the best take home message for this would be;

"There are some who are different, because they want to get better results"

One of the most important things about travelling and learning, is to find out where I am wrong and right. Most of us humans, we find ways to support beliefs that, we are right. That's a mistake in my opinion.

For the longest time, I've repeatedly said,

"You don't need programs in our style of weightlifting. You need an understanding of your training goal, what's ideal, what's wrong, and how to get there.

All that was fine and dandy, until one person asked me "I'm a newbie with no coach and no sports background. That's why I came to your seminar. How do I do this system?"

Thanks to your question, I spent the next 10 days, just zoning out randomly trying to figure out how. Of course, being in Amsterdam, one visit to the coffee shop enjoying the delicacies, everything clicked!

And this is why I travel and learn from different people. I must find out why I'm wrong. If I know I'm right, I learned nothing new. I must know why I'm WRONG.
